The terms that govern your access to and use of the MiteAI platform.

1. Who We Are

MiteAI ("MiteAI," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Dilla Global OOD, a company registered in Bulgaria Dilyanka 2a, Plovdiv. You can contact us at mite@dillaglobal.com.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MiteAI platform, including our website, web application, desktop connector application, browser/IDE extensions, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using MiteAI, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is below this age, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account.

3. Description of the Service

MiteAI is an AI platform that provides access to multiple third-party large language models and generative AI tools (including but not limited to models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter, Higgsfield, and Fal AI), along with features such as conversational memory, tool/connector integrations, automated workflows ("machines"), and related productivity functionality.

MiteAI does not develop or train its own foundational AI models. We provide an interface and orchestration layer on top of third-party AI providers. Your inputs are passed through to these providers to generate outputs, which are then returned to you through our Service.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for any use of the Service through connected integrations (e.g., Gmail, Notion, Slack, GitHub, and other third-party connectors you authorize).
  • Notify us promptly at mite@dillaglobal.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

  • MiteAI offers a free tier (with functional limitations) and paid subscription tiers. Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to your paid tier's features until then.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Changes may be prorated or take effect at the next billing cycle, as shown at the time of the change.
  • Prices are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they apply to your next billing cycle.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others;
  • Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or "jailbreak" safety or usage guardrails of the underlying AI providers;
  • Generate malware, phishing content, or content intended to facilitate cyberattacks;
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying models, source code, or proprietary systems of MiteAI or its third-party providers;
  • Use automated means (bots, scripts) to abuse, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-created in contexts where that would be deceptive or unlawful;
  • Interfere with other users' access to or use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

MiteAI relies on third-party AI models to generate responses, and:

  • Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. AI models can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect information ("hallucinations").
  • MiteAI is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing generated through the Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice, unless explicitly and separately provided by a qualified professional through a dedicated feature designed for that purpose.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any AI-generated output before relying on it or acting on it, especially in consequential situations.
  • Outputs from connected third-party tools (e.g., emails drafted, files created, actions taken via connectors) are your responsibility to review before sending or executing.

8. Machine Workflows and Automated Actions

Certain features (e.g., "machine workflows," scheduled or trigger-based automations, desktop connector actions) allow the Service to take actions on your behalf, including when you are not actively present (e.g., scheduled tasks). By configuring such a workflow, you authorize MiteAI to perform the specific actions you have configured, using the credentials and connectors you have authorized. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring these workflows appropriately, and for any consequences of automated actions you have set up.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: You retain ownership of the inputs (prompts, files, data) you submit to the Service ("Inputs").
  • AI outputs: Subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (which may impose their own restrictions), you may generally use the outputs generated for you through the Service ("Outputs") for your own purposes. We make no representation that Outputs are free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for how you use them.
  • Our platform: The MiteAI name, branding, interface, orchestration systems, and other proprietary elements of the Service (excluding your Inputs and Outputs) are owned by Dilla Global OOD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform itself.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers and third-party connectors/tools that you may choose to authorize (e.g., Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Slack, GitHub, Linear, and others). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

11. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we will provide reasonable notice where possible).
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though certain provisions of these Terms (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations) survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DILLA GLOBAL OOD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including, where applicable, mandatory consumer protection law).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dilla Global OOD from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence (if you are an EU consumer) grant you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., via email or an in-app notice) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
